REACH UK

REACH UK is a unique real estate technology scale up program created by Second Century Ventures -  the most active global venture fund in real estate technology. Backed by National Association of Realtors® and partnered with their bilateral partner in the UK – Propertymark, REACH UK’s mission is to help the property industry to navigate through the world of technology by selecting the best start-ups and launching them into the marketplace. 

REACH UK provides a unique opportunity to technology companies to get sizeable exposure to the industry. The programme is created to offer education, mentorship and exclusive access to key industry events for technology companies aiming to launch or scale in the property sector, accelerate their businesses and expand into adjacent markets such as insurance, mortgage and financial services.  

Participants in the REACH UK scale-up get access to:

• Mentorship from real estate, mortgage, venture capital and technology sector leaders. On average, accelerator participants meet with more than 50 of mentor and advisors in one-on-one sessions throughout the program;
• Education on how to navigate the trillion-dollar global real estate industry with the backing of the world’s largest trade association and its $5 billion brand;
• Exclusive access to the real estate industry’s top conferences, trade shows, bespoke expert panels and networking events; 
• A global network of highly talented, like-minded entrepreneurs, including more than 150 REACH alumni companies and curated program sponsors.

REACH UK will offer a select group of entrepreneurs access to a worldwide network of peers, mentors and investors in conjunction with its sister programs in the U.S., Australia and Canada.
